Our office staff can assist you in navigating the NH DES One Stop Information Site for your sampling schedule and necessary paperwork.
All of your compliance test results will be sent by Nelson Lab electronically to the NH DES via their One Stop Data and Information program. You will be able to access the NH DES One Stop online to verify that your results have been received and uploaded by the DES. There is no need to wait weeks for you sample results to become available. We offer a fast turnaround on all your water sample test results.
If you are uncertain whether your public water system requires a certified operator, Nelson Analytical Lab can assist you. Community (residential systems) and non-transient, non-community public water systems (ex: schools, day care centers, and workplaces) are required by DES to have a certified operator. Transient, non-community public water systems (ex: restaurants, campgrounds and motels), are not required to have a certificated operator.
